Investors Philanthropic provides SMS-based notifications and updates to donors, partners, and community members who have opted-in to receive communications. By opting into our SMS service, you may receive messages for the following use cases:
• Donor Support & Stewardship: Acknowledgments of contributions, tax receipt notifications, and gratitude updates regarding your impact.
• Grant & Program Updates: Notifications related to grant delivery status, application deadlines, and program milestones.
• Event Information: Reminders and logistical updates for upcoming philanthropic events, galas, or community meetings.
• Urgent Appeals: Time-sensitive notifications regarding emergency relief efforts or critical fundraising milestones.
• Administrative Alerts: One-time passcodes (OTP) for account security or direct replies to inquiries initiated by you.
Message Frequency & Costs: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services (typically no more than [4] messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Investors Philanthropic and the mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services are provided on an "as is" basis, and delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
